Company to Contest Citations in Worker's Death

Have some shame, Fagen. Your attitude already killed a man. Put your energy in making sure no one else dies.

Of course they will contest.That's the American way. Never ever admit guilt in anything,even though you know you are.Make them prove the citations are legit.Who knows, maybe they can wear em down and negotiate lesser charges.
People like this make me sick.They play the system just like so many others do.Why is is so difficult to do things the right way before something terrible happens?
Management of this company has no heart, no compassion, no conscious,and no idea how to treat people.Hope the family of this deceased worker end up suing the company out of business!!
