lock out tag out procedures are considered too time consuming to cemex superiors,so to keep from losing a dollar they put their worker's safety in jeopardy.They allow workers to operate machineary they are not properly trained on.Then when a tradgedy does occur they try to cover it up!But like they say,You can fool some of the people some of the time,but You can't fool all of the people all of the time!SHAME ON YOU CEMEX!
