Hispanics Will "Live In Fear" If Sanctuary Cities Vanish

Poor illegal aliens living in fear ? They are bold enough to break our laws and demand social services, that doesnt sound fearfull to me at all. All I see are demands for entitlements, like we owe them something. When I see two unemployed illegal alien Mexicans with 10 anchor children living in public housing provided with food and cash for other bills, that doesnt seem fearfull, that seems like a way of life for parasites. That was shown on a AZ news station. I am sure you could repeat that a millions times. You wonder why Mexifornia is broke ?

Okay, let's correct the title. If a person is a LEGAL citizen (don't care what color they are), they should have no problem. However, if a person is in MY country illegally, then there is a big problem that needs to be addressed now. I can't wait for the "Sanctuary cities" to be denied Federal funding, etc. etc., then we will see the cacaroaches run.

Sanctuary Cites are another Red Flag that the invasion and the invaders have gained a foothold here in America. It is also an indication that la raza and it's infiltrators in our Government have been busy circumventing American Laws to the determent of our citizens. I have lived in Southern California for forty years and have seen first hand what the invasion and the sanctuary policies have done. The City of Los Angles now resembles 3rd world barrios of filth, crime and disorder. L.A. is the hit and run capital of the country because of all of the illegals. Watch the local news and 99.9% of the crime is committed by Latinos. The City of San Francisco is also a lawless enclave where our citizens are being gunned down in broad daylight by Latino gang members. WE must get rid of the la raza supporters and infiltrators in our government that allow the 3rd world to operate in our country with impunity. They shouldn't be here and therefore, should live in fear of the consequences of doing so. Operation Wetback wasn't implemented that long ago where millions were sent packing and the State of Arizona got rid of nearly half of it's illegal population with SB-1070, which caused mass panic and exodus from the state. The same should be done across the country in every-state. They will leave, if there are dire consequences!

I agree. I'm Hispanic, and guess what? I'm not feeling the least bit scared if "Sanctuary Cities" become a thing of the past. I'm a legal U.S. Citizen.

The problem in the SW is that most Hispanics that have been here for decades and even their Families for 2 centuries, vote Democrat, therefore enabling this illegal bs to continue. What they fail to realize is, the Democratic Party is not their friend and is only using them for their votes.

Illegals are criminals, and criminals should live in fear. They broke the law. Law abiding citizens should feel safe in their cities. Not the other way around.

Illegals will begin to leave if we go through the visa files and start going after those who have overstayed and tweak the system so it is harder for people to come here on visa and then not leave.

Maybe law enforcement can start the same kinds of sweeps for illegals that they do for other criminals - the wonderful "You have won!" Stings that bring in dozens of people wanted on outstanding warrants. Make it an "Easy to apply for citizenship if you are not here legally fress seminar."

Not only are there how many here illegally from border hopping, but there are tens of thousands if not more (D - Rep Gutierrez states 40% of illegals may have overstayed visas - though does not cite his source though a 2006 report states almost half the illegals are here through an overstayed visa though in the same report, Gutierrez is called mistaken http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/state... We take away sanctuary cities, we go through the visa backlog and begin looking for those who are here on overstayed visas as part of routine background checks for say employment, etc., and we can make it less hospitable for illegals from anywhere to be here. Then we start looking at visas and start checking to see if anyone here on a visa or who has applied for citizenship (but not yet a citizen) has violated any terms (like the British national here legally who was caught in a sweep and found to have issues with children and inappropriate stuff that violated his status).

We have laws that we are all expected to follow. We cannot tolerate lawlessness.

Huh? Excuse me, but aren't we really only talking about ILLEGALS? Don't we want people doing illegal things to live in fear? Isn't one of the main purposes of law and law enforcement to deter people from doing illegal things?

We should celebrate things that make lawbreakers feel uncomfortable. WTF should we care if illegals are a living in fear? As to LEGAL Hispanics, they have absolutely NOTHING to fear except that cousin Raul can't continue to sneak in, commit crimes, go on welfare and be involved in identity theft. So the f*ck what?!
