And yet we have more Hispanics in prison, more Hispanics per capita on welfare. Hispanics is one of the fastest growing minorities yet are the fastest to fall behind other minorities in every aspects of life. Yes there are a few that take advantage of what America has to offer but that doesn't constitute the the majority like the picture you're trying to paint. Sorry but that's the truth. Take any city in California or just about anywhere in the US where the majority is Hispanic and you'll find poorly performing schools, high street crime (gangs), high welfare recipients, dirty run down places, no civic envolvment... East LA for example... ghetto.

Yes they should be allowed to vote! I think their Embassy will send them an absentee ballot if they ask. If they call ICE, I think they can help them get voting materials from their home nations.
