No, he does not. Paying the employers portion of the taxes is not taking care of YOUR taxes. You are required to file income taxes every year for Federal taxes. Some states also have state income taxes.

I recommend you call the IRS next Monday and give the your name, address and other detains and tell them what you have told us. Give them your employers information and have them check it out. That way if he hasn't, they will know you are not responsible for it.

You are twisting my statement. I did not say drug dealers or terrorists or murderers. The US Gov is working with those people themselves. Why don't you get informed on what our Gov is doing..they are working with drug lords, terrorists (Taliban) and funneling money into Pakistan.
The Mexican people are here, and being taken advantage of because they are not citizens. I'm saying let them be Citizens if they have worked here, lived here, educated their children here. I bet you have never met any illegals and worked with them or befriended them. Listen to the stories they have to tell of their life where they came from. You have it good in the USA, others would like a chance too, esp when their country is in upheavel.

I am saying you are distracting. What ever is happening half way around the world is no reason to let illegals stay here. Come back when you have a relevant argument. No we're not ill informed, we know whats going on in Mexico---we just plain don't want all these chicken shit men running from their country because of the violence, they are cowards to not stay and fight to keep their country from the clutches of cartels. If it takes dying for your country so be it but don't run away scared leaving the rest poor people vulnerable in the wrong hands. I've never seen or heard of such cowardness of men as these mexican illegals and even those that come asking for asylum and planting their Juarez businesses at every corner of every block of our cities. Cowards NOTHING BUT COWARDS!! I'd rather die for my country than run and abandon it and let it fall in the wrong hands. My country was formed by men who believed fighting for this nation was well worth dying for and many did but they died in honor and we are proud of this country and if it takes dying to protect it from invaders who offer nothing but themselves and their dozens of kids for us to support due to the collapse of their country THEY ABANDONED OUT OF FEAR--WELL WE DON'T WANT OR NEED YOUR KIND and we certainly don't want to support your kids either.

If you have no plans on taking care of them until they are 18, do not have them. Unless they have them and IMMEDIATELY put them up for adoption, as an infant, they should take care of them. Period.

There's no excuse for breeding that which you cannot feed and have no intentions of taking care of until they are at least 18.

you may have a point but what i was responding to was those who said that parents who would leave their kids behind must not have loved them in the first place. i was only saying that perhaps it is actually a greater love to leave them then to selfishly hold on to them and put them into dangerous situations if the parents were to be deported.
i think we are discussing two different issues.
