When presumptive Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney appears before Latino small-business owners in Washington on Wednesday, he'll address a group whose explosive birth rates foreshadow a seismic political shift in GOP strongholds in the Deep South and Southwest.

Judged: 2 2 2 SURVEY: NPR’S LISTENERS BEST-INFORMED, FOX VIEWERS WORST-INFORMED Fairleigh Dickinson University http://www.poynter.org/latest-news/mediawire/... People who watch no news at all can answer more questions about international current events than people who watch cable news, a survey by Fairleigh Dickinson University’s PublicMind finds. NPR and Sunday morning political talk shows are the most informative news outlets, while exposure to partisan sources, such as Fox News and MSNBC, has a negative impact on people’s current events knowledge. People who watch MSNBC and CNN exclusively can answer more questions about domestic events than people who watch no news at all. PEOPLE WHO ONLY WATCH FOX DID MUCH WORSE. NPR listeners answered more questions correctly than people in any other category.... The report explains: The largest effect is that of Fox News: all else being equal, someone who watched only Fox News would be expected to answer just 1.04 domestic questions correctly — a figure which is significantly worse than if they had reported watching no media at all. On the other hand, if they listened only to NPR, they would be expected to answer 1.51 questions correctly; viewers of Sunday morning talk shows fare similarly well. And people watching only The Daily Show with Jon Stewart could answer about 1.42 questions correctly. |

I am glad to hear the disdain for Mr. Obama. We across the pond as they say look to the U.S. for leadership and myself believe Mr. Romney is a very successful business man and will recuperate the U.S. and will benefit us in Europe. We don't think your leader while his main preoccupation is social issues is dealing coherently with your economy and Europe is dependent on your leader. I hope you will vote a man in that knows the crux of business.

Illegal aliens are still outnumbered by Americans. They think birthright laws will remain forever, they won't. Also enforcement won't make a comeback. When both of those policies are put into effect the illegal alien numbers will be stopped cold.
White voters are everywhere Hispanic voters are in a few states close to the border or in other states where they need the support of other like them with the same culture and language. 43% of all Hispanics live in California and Texas. What would it look like if 43% of whites lived in California and Texas. To have voting power you have to live in some 40+ more states in numbers that matter. "Hispanics are less likely to vote than other groups, even if citizen. In the 2008 election, only 7.4% of voters were Hispanic. Fifth, not all Hispanic voters support amnesty. Of Hispanic voters, 37% of Hispanics supported deporting illegal immigrants rather than fining them and than giving them a pathway to citizenship. So the pro-immigration Hispanics vote in 2008 was only 5.4% of the total vote." http://super-economy.blogspot.com/2010/05/his... |

I keep wondering why there is a need to dissect and analyze the GOP. GOP = Grand Old Party?
It's always been the party of choice as you mature and grow wiser. |
