That's an 8700 pound GVWR 'diesel' not gas, powered super duty in the picture. While they do get dog-poo mileage they aren't governed for fuel economy and the one big reason people buy them is that the government gives BIG tax breaks to companies buying HEAVY vehicles,... yet another BIG 3 subsidy.

In the eyes of the money hungry states this lawsuit is like shooting yourself in the foot.

They rake in a large amounts of cash from taxation on every gallon of fuel. Now they are paying lawyers to force them to collect less revenue ????

I smell a tax increase proportional to the increase in mileage which will result in no financial break for the middle class.
