US Immigration: Adjustment Denied Due To Fake Documents

If an alien enters the U.S. with fraudulent documents and later gets married to a U.S. citizen, is he/she eligible for adjustment of status? A recent decision by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals said no.

This is a precedence setting case that will hopefully echo across the land. It sends a very clear message that we must continue sending:

Enter the USA illegally, expect to be heading home again. If you are here illegally, you will never be made welcome - especially by the people of America. We don't want you. You harm our people, our standard of living and our rights to a sovereign nation. Be legal or be gone.

They'll just try everything and insist they are right. Who the hell uses false documents -- a felony -- to enter our country and then thinks he should be allowed a free pass on it? Ship him home and don't ever let him in. If his wife wants to go with, she can go. If not, she'll have to have a long distance marriage or get divorced. Don't marry a criminal if you don't like the consequences.
