This is certainly going to be a benefit to Microsoft and other on-line program and storage providers. These programs would allow you to work worldwide on the net on any sort of project, and then delete everything off the laptop before you return to the U.S., keeping the information on remote servers to be reclaimed when back home. Such an easy workaround would make this action useless, just one more piece of big brother crawling around in your personal life.

Shoot, you can do that with hotmail, or even use a media card. The USA is really turning into a police state.

You used to have such a great country!

I've enjoyed holidays in New York, Nashville, Chicago, Las Vegas, etc., but now that laptops, mp3 players, cameras can be seized on the whim of a customs agent, I think I'll pass.

Maybe I'll go to Cuba instead.
