Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals

Sentence tossed for LAX terrorist

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that the 22-year sentence given to the Algerian arrested in a plot to bomb Los Angeles International Airport on the eve of the year 2000 was too harsh.
