EDITORIAL: Free speech - even for idiots

I am a senior in high school and am signed up to join the armed forces.
If I fall in combat the last thing I want is for some arrogant, wrongly-protected…boarder-li ned fascists to picket one of the most sacred things in life. Yes, freedom of speech is sacred to the United States, but the birth and death of life are sacred across the world. There are universal rules, and there are US rules, and we need to follow them both. We need to protect our belief in free speech as well as our belief—a belief even early hominids relished—in the coming and going of life.
So I say, Mr. Author of this article, you are wrong. The Westboro Fat-titts Church in no way, shape, or form did anyone anything productive. The Supreme Court granted them freedom of anti-patriotic and anti-world-view hate rather than freedom of speech.
And—I will start a sentence with “and�—as well as agree with Patriot; he is purposely using the word “fuck� in an eloquently written “piece of ‘freedom of speech’� like an idiot would because it is his right…it is his right (apparently) to be an idiot and have the right to stun the ears and eyes of others. So, if the Westboro Fat-titts Church has the right, so should he.

Free speech is just that...FREE SPEECH...... I can say what I want, when I want, about whoever I want....I really don't care who it offends....... I don't care about your race..religion..work ethics...sexual preference...where you live, how you live...I just don't care......Free speech...... it's our RIGHT.....if you don't like what someone says...then don't listen...everyone is entitled to FREE speech...regardless of what or who it offends... everyone has a opinion and is entitled to express it....PERIOD!!!!

It doesn't mean they are right by doing it, but it's their right to do so.

I have no use for idiots such as those people, but that's only my opinion and I'm allowed to express it freely. However, while I don't support their behaviors, I do support their right. I support everyone's right to free speech, regardless if I agree with it or not.
