To the Fourth Estate,and all the other First Amendment nut jobs out there. did you read the news today August 28th, a young soldiers funeral was protested in Omaha and some one was arrested for spraying mace on this cut and people were hurt including a police officer that was protecting this cult. This is only the beginning if the Supreme court does not reverse the fourth circuits decision. Some one is going to get hurt or killed.

WOW just read the news about what happened at the soldiers funeral in Omaha. I am so sorry for the family and will be praying for them. This is why Mr. Snyder's case is so important , someone must stop them from harassing these poor families, this is way beyond free speech. Why hasen't the York Daily Record reported on what happened at the young soldiers funeral in Omaha this past weekend? Is it because this happened because westboro's message is fighting words and that's not protected under the First Amendment?

Good luck Mr Summers, I don't know how this will come out. But I do know this is way beyond free speech. These First Amendment experts should be very upset with the Phelps who are destroying the Constitution. Too many people have died for our rights and to have this cult and these first amendment experts spit on there graves is disgusting.
