Yes, it's anti-American to force someone to buy a junk insurance policy that they cannot afford. It is also un-Constitutional to force someone to buy a service or product from a corporation, or anyone for that matter.

Well they legislated abortion for all those liberals killing babies in the womb. Turnabout is fair play.

And I guess you want the government to be able to FORCE you to buy whatever they tell you to, whether you want to or not?

Maybe your motto should be, "Down With Freedom, Down With The Constitution."

Yes. A court SHOULD kill Obamacare.

{Interesting language used. Most of the people supporting Obamacare are those that support abortion as well but they won't admit that abortion is killing a pre-born, but they get all hypersensitive and try to personalize Obamacare using the hyperbole language of "kill", as if Obamacare is alive - If Obamacare DOES continue I propose every liberal that support it MUST be admitted into an asylum permanently. That is the ONLY way I see myself paying for THEIR healthcare.}

Kill it - a bad piece of legislation, forced down the throats of those that ultimately have to pay more, for the benefit of the few. The few who just happen to support those that passed the stupid piece of crap.

Restricting freedom how?

By being FORCED to buy healthcare. Are you nuts?

This means IF they wanted to they could FORCE you to buy a car. Force you to buy a motorcyle.

FORCE you to participate in prostitution.

i see no need to cater to people who were irresponsible on the "baby" making bed. their male partner should be required to pay for the procedure.
by the way, it should not be called ObamaCare, but CongressCARE; for they were the ones that produced the legislation.

We have three branches of government for a reason. So if bad law is passed, the it can be overturned by the judicial branch.
Why do you think prohibition was overturned? And it was a Constitutional Amendment too boot. You libs need to understand civics a little better rather than try to control free citizens.
