I can agree with this and well said. But that doesn't mean he deserved what he got. Maybe he should have recieved what the job was worth. There is discrimination everywhere. Someone who is discriminated against should get paid off?? He should have recieved what he was worth doing the initial job he started. No more. People shouldn't recieve money for getting there feelings hurt. People are becoming so delicate it is sickening.
I do think the award was excessive, but I do think he should receive compensation not only for lost wages but court costs, travel and some compensation for time that this was a black mark on his record. There will be some companies that won't even look at him as an employee not because of his disability but because he challenged his employer.
