Too bad there are statutory caps on the verdict and he can't be awarded the amount the jury felt he deserved.

Give the guy the money you miserable Waltons. If it was one of the protected species, you would have paid up to keep it quiet. Boycott these clowns - it's the only thing they'll understand.

Sam Walton will one day be known as the anti-Christ. He has done more to destroy American business than any other person I can think of.

Discrimination is a funny thing. Those that have experienced it first hand should really know better than to discriminate against another person. Yet they are frequently the first people to point the finger. The human condition seems hopeless...

One third of the award after any expenses the attorney laid out. The lawyer takes nothing in advance. No award, no money. Standard stuff. If you are planning an assault on attorneys, do us a favor and get your facts together before you post.

People with Cerebral Palsy are NOT mentally disabled. The $7.5 mil award (originally) was not high enough.
If you want to see 'mentally disabled'..look at the people that shop there.

Good for him. That's more money than he'd ever make in a lifetime as a pharmacy tech/assistant (the people that do 95% of the work, too).

Not for nothing, but this guy will NEVER make 1 million, let alone 7.5. The real crime is these silly lawsuits that end up costing taxpayers and consumers. I feel bad for this guy, but being demoted from Pharmacy assistant to cart boy is hardly worth thousands, let alone millions. I don't love walmart any more than you people, put dont forget, all our 401k and pensions are invested in blue chip corps like Walmart.

All you idiots who say "I wouldn't want that guy filling out my prescriptions", should have YOUR BOSS say "I wouldn't YOU to be working at the job YOU DO, so therefore, I am putting you in charge of scrubbing toilets..."?!! Then, you'll ser this guy's point. WHO ARE YOU to say his hands shake, or he doesn't work fast enough...YOUR BOSS COULD BE SAYING THAT ABOUT **YOU**
