Innocent man's suit going before jury

The case of a Bridgeport man detained 217 days for a crime he didn't commit is closer to going to trial now that the state's chief federal judge has dismissed the city's renewed request for summary judgment.

Well its interesting that Russo is awaiting his big day to get even with the police from a prison cell... Hope he can stay clean and sober long enough to get to trial....
