NCLB is a bad law, fails to recognize you simply can not improve past diminishing returns.

NCLB stinks to high hell and so does the callous judge who refused to acknowledge it as being unconstitutional.

The stupid fed should all go back home to wise up . We elected them to screw us ??? Take back our country.. Close the border and vote no to tax increases..
