Police reject candidate for being too intelligent!

A US man has been rejected in his bid to become a police officer for scoring too high on an intelligence test. Robert Jordan, a 49-year-old college graduate, took an exam to join the New London police, in Connecticut, in 1996 and scored 33 points, the equivalent of an IQ of 125. I watched this video and you mean to tell me that since a judge dismissed this "smart" guys lawsuit due to him NOT being discriminated against due to the policy of the department of WE DO NOT DISCRIMINATE AGAINST ONE SMART PERSON, WE DISCRIMINATE AGAINST THEM ALL. Geee Zuuu H. Christ. So what we have now is a federal judge saying that he agreed with the police department in refusing to higher someone who is considered smart? Now correct me if I'm wrong but I guess this helps my argument about under-educated cops, hell, these FEW idiots are not the exception, but thanks to a judge these idiots are the norm. Unf'in-believable.
