If the car, regardless of whether the rear plate was missing, was legally resistered, and insured, and she was licensed (all of which the cop could find out at the point of the stop) then this is clearly harassment.

yeah its just ridiculous to justify a full cavity search, just for a "stem" on the floor. Nothing mentioned about smell, etc... And what Judge OK's a full cavity search, just because of a stem.

When are you tards going to learn how to read? She wasn't subjected to a "full body cavity search" she was subjected to a search by a female Police Officer and I doubt sincerely that she was "stripped" nude. Usually the way it's done is a female PO takes the female prisoner into a private cell area and has them take off their outer garments leaving on their bras/panties. Then the prisoner loosens their bra without uncovering their breasts which would allow any contraband (razor blades, drugs) to fall out on the floor. The prisoner pulls the bottom of their underwear away from their body to allow anything to drop out.

The next time some druggie skell gets arrested and the cops are concerned they are concealing drugs or weapons on their body, we should just bring them to the home of the Judges so they can find out whether they pose a threat to anyone.

This same Aho would be whining if their throat were cut while in detention by another prisoner that wasn't properly searched.
