"The last time I saw Julie Amero, outside a courthouse in Norwich, it appeared that justice had finally prevailed: Her wrongful conviction had been thrown out."
"It was last June when Judge Hillary B. Strackbein tossed out the state's Keystone Cops conviction of Amero on bogus charges that she exposed seventh-graders to Internet porn while substituting at a Norwich Middle School."
I am about to exercise my freedom of speech and be 100% honest. Hopefully my post will be allowed to remain.
Keystone Cops? You mean the Norwich Police? Just look at the leadership involved and you'll know why.
Let's look at the New London County courts here. You have a corrupt individual like Kevin Kane who has been working for the state for decades. He isn't going to do the right thing. Judge Hillary Strackbein, Susan Handy and the rest of the so-called public servants will never do the right thing. The Amero prosecutor David J. Smith is as corrupt as they come. He loves to coerce defense attorneys and tamper with evidence. Nothing like a prosecutor telling lies to a jury. Can we (The Media) prove this? Yes we can.
If I make these accusation, then I'm willing to prove them in a court of law.
These people have no respect for the public, nor the U.S. and CT Constitutions Look at our new trend of excessive bail. Imagine $500,000 bail for a Misdemeanor? There is a long list of abuses. This violates the Bill of Rights and CT Declaration of Rights. __________
"It's pending on the trial list," New London State's Attorney Michael Regan said when I called him the other day. "I won't have any comment about that."
Of course no one has a comment -- as everyone has the right to remain silent to avoid self-incrimination.
__________
"Incredibly, the state of Connecticut still has not decided whether to retry Amero."
There are a few cases they won't bring to trial because corruption will be exposed.
__________
"Recent conference in Vienna, Austria, where the Amero case was presented as an example of justice run amok."
These other countries laugh at us. We love to arrest everyone. There is always some huge controversy coming from CT. It is as if CT officials are trying to make us all look evil in the eyes of the world. _________
"High school students are citizens of this country. They have First Amendment rights," said Doninger's lawyer, Jon L. Schoenhorn.
Rights? You don't have rights in CT. Almost every possible abuse of rights is being tested here. If there is something twisted or corrupt to be invented, just wait for some CT cop or public official to come up with it.
It is almost like CT is a testing ground for the government to abuse us - just to see what they can get away with.
__________
"Sometimes in life you have to wait," Kane told me.
We need to be cautious because these rats may very well wait until they think the public is no longer watching so they can retry Julie Amero. I'm sure the prosecutor can come up with some new witnesses or fabricated evidence.
Of course he wants you to wait so they can find a way to cover up their own crimes. This is one they aren't going to cover up so easily.
_________
Freedom of speech is great.
Come on Mr. Green we can all do better than this.

There was a couple of chapters in a book dedicated to the corruption he perpetrated.

It is always brown because where he resides now is generates a lot heat so it keeps burning the grass.

Assuming you are correct what possible reason would CT have to reopen the prosecution. What would any official, however corrupt, have to gain by it? The whole world knows what happened in Julie's classroom and is quietly watching. If she were prosecuted again the outcry would be tremendous. This is not the kind of situation corrupt officials are likely to enjoy.

The Facts
|
The facts are that the Amero case was about covering the tracks of failure from the school from which she taught.
It's about winning with the malicous prosecution from Dave Smith.
It's about total incompetence with Judge Hillary Strackbein.
It's about total ignorance with Mark Lounsbury.
Had Henry Dodenhoff, the states examiner looked at this in 2004, he would have agreed with the original and first defense examiner and there would have never been a trial.
Now, all sit in awe and silence as we await.....
