Great. Crist appoints a known former 2nd DCA anti-Americans With Disabilities Act/anti-disabled Americans Judge to the Florida Supreme Court. Way to go! Perpetuating the anti-disability Jim Crow laws for another generation to ensure disabled Americans will never get the same access to Florida state courts taken for granted by all others.

Did Crist even ask BEFORE appointing Canady, if he had remedied the admission made by Judge Salcines at the Dec. 2006 Florida Supreme Court Diversity hearings in Orlando that none of the Judges of the 2nd DCA had bothered to read Tennessee v. Lane, 2004 U.S. LEXIS 3386 (2004) before being entrusted with disabled Americans' lives, liberties, and property on the High Court?

Crist appointments were strictly politics based in hopes of running with McCain for Vice-President. Since McCain has asked Palin to join him on his ticket, maybe Crist will get back to work and start doing things in Florida's best interest. I wonder how long the engagement of Crist and that one woman will stay in place now that McCain has passed him up?

That was exactly my point -- the conservative Republican political agenda exemplified by Karl Rove-John McCain-Charlie Crist-Charles Canady IS anti-Americans W/Disabilities Act and anti-autism. And the Rovian anti-disability/anti-autism manifesto published to indoctrinate young Republicans in this conservative anti-Apsie agenda is freely circulated on the Internet "for the LULZ:"
http://www.encyclopediadramatica.com/index.ph... 's_syndrome

My point when I engaged in my First Amendment right to criticise this political agenda is to educate VOTERS when they decide for whom to cast their Presidential (and in later elections, Governor/State Court Judge) VOTES.

That political philosophy of anti-autism/anti-disabled Americans hate is THE reason VOTERS need to vote these Republicans OUT-OF-OFFICE, by voting for Barack Obama and Joe Biden. By voting for civil rights, Canady's anti-Tennessee v. Lane agenda will be subjected to oversight by the Obama-appointments to come on the United States Supreme Court.

What, are you completely helpless? The solution for your disabled cat is just go to Segway of Clearwater and have Jack Boone fit your cat for one of the Walt Disney World-accessible cat-Segways. If they work for people, they will work for your cat. They are disability-friendly, and I am sure your cat will love you, as well as the steak scraps he will get from being at the dinner table.

Just remember, however, there is the highest order of probability your cat "with" disability-Segway will not be able to get access to the Florida Supreme Court if Justice Canady is acting Chief Justice for the day.
