U.S. federal court rules it can't hear Arar's complaint so they can Play even more Legal Games

A U.S. court ruled Monday that a complaint by Maher Arar, a Canadian who accuses U.S. authorities of illegally deporting him to Syria, where he was tortured, cannot be heard in federal court.

Lol, of course they can't "hear" the case. They just ruled that some in Guantanamo can have their cases heard about their "status".

But in Arar's case, he didn't do f all. Except get tortured. Now if he was to WIN that case, well all those the US gov't tortures via their "proxy enclaves" worldwide, would have a case, and if half of them won, well fack, the US gubment might go broke.

"We don't torture anyone, we the Geneva Convention poster boys, Palestinian hanging isn't torture."

And they wonder why some carcasses were strung up from a bridge in Fallujah.

Well if the US gubment thinks that the "savages" are scumbags, they have just dropped to that lvl too.

So it's the pot calling the kettle black. Just they won't behead anyone cause well, ITS NOT CHRISTIAN LIKE to do dat.

They'll just use "proxy states" ("WE" don't do THAT) sponsor people like the SHAH of IRAN to insert broken glass up people's arses, then pour boiling water in, apply electric shock to the netherlands, beat them to death and all such "white" practices. And then when the prick is dying of cancer and ran out of the country, well, invite him to a countryclub hospital in the US for chemotherapy. All because, Iran has the unfortunate geographical mistake of sitting on a bunch of oil

And then ejaculate their mantra of human rights, "rules of war" and how they are the champions of the free world.

Sudan got oil. It's just that China is getting/investing in it.

Anyways.....Why would should the US hear his case etc..or pay? It was the RCMP/Canada/CSIS that allegedly had the info on him and found it quite ok for US authorities that night to send him to Syria. Canada let it happen.

I quite undertsand that Syria is known to use torture, but Arar never showed me his scars. Maybe he was tortured maybe he was not? Yes, just being locked up and innocent is a form of torture, it's psychologically degrading. But, I wish he stopped with the "torture" stuff until I see some scar marks or something.

Lastly, he got his $10 million, he should get on with his life. He got more than what some other Canadians ever got or ever will for being falsely accused.

I'm sick and tired of hearing about this guy.

Bligh 'confident' authorities will get Patel back to Qld

If Patel has not been sent back to Australia by July 21,

a US judge has ruled he can be released on bail...
