why is this even in court if they don't pass they don't pass
so we thrown out the results of two tests,i don't care what your race is (Scores on the exams indicated that no blacks would be promoted) if your stupid your stupid we don't what some one to be a lieutenant or captain just because of your race.

so you can't make the grade .. if your stupid and someone else isn't whos at fault....geeeez always about freakin race.....does anyone care if you are black and dumb. NOT!!!!!!!!!!If there is a black man passes the test as well as everyone else well ya made the grade son the court to take this case and use tax money to dispute this omg please

This teaches the black kids in school one thing...don't study or worry about passing. When you get out you'll get a job because you're black. There aren't 2 separate tests in school. Everyone takes the same test...the ones who study, pass. That's it. It's the same in the real world. I don't want some stupid minority who fails a test to be in charge of anything. Blacks always talk about disrepect. Well the white candidates are being disrespected. They studied and passed. What's the problem?

If the top 14 of 15 candidates were black, would the white firefighters be able to get the test thrown out? NO!!!!!!! They would not. Soounds like a double standard to me. Nothing like hiring the most qualified person for the job.

The problem is liberalism. The mayor promised NH minorities positions on the fire department roster. What he did not foresee was the fact NH blacks are failing in the competency race. And the reverse discrimination suit brought by those who rightfully should assume the jobs.

Liberalism is a mental disoder for sure.
