Blogging w/video's has many SELECTIONS that keep the process in a somewhat orderly fashion..TEXT Blogging towards strangers(usernames)has little in the way of choices except the PRIVACY STATEMENT and the CODE OF CONDUCT..the student being 16-years old seems to infer alot about that personality..I myself see a distinction between the two in age alone--the Principal must..where the 16-year old(really doesn't have to)..it becomes that point of consideration where the 16-year old really has a "flighty mind"..it seem that Legal Courts get wining cases of personal insult..the case should be considered wining.
