Blumenthal Appeals 'No Child' Lawsuit Dismissal
Attorney General Richard Blumenthal today appealed a federal judge's dismissal of the state's lawsuit challenging the No Child Left Behind Act, pledging to bring the case to the U.S. Supreme Court if necessary.
