He's a joke, but unfortunately nobody is laughing. I saw a story recently of some woman suing a baseball bat manufacturer and the little league because he kid got hit by a baseball that was hit using an aluminum bat. Guys like Bloomberg send the message to the rest of these crazy idiots that frivolous lawsuits are just OK in this country. wouldn't be surprised to see Bloomberg suing baseball bat manufacturers, knife manufacturers, and anyone else he gets a bug up his ass about suing.

I am glad to see Bloomberg getting one like this stuffed right back up his tight old pooper!

Looks like the Appeals Court showed Bloomberg their own version of Brokeback Mountain.

By the headline though, I'd thought that it was the infamous Sullivan Act that was taken to task.

There is an old saying whence I arrive: The past is predicate to future events.
In the case you don't understand, it means this: Today is tomorrow's past, and our every act portends the life of the future.

I'm just curious: And you will probably lie about it anyway - but tell us - are YOU so pure blooded that you can claim to be from one racially pure bloodline and one bloodline only? No mixture from any other bloodline whatsoever?
