Court: Man Can Sue Secret Service Over Cheney Flap

A Colorado man can sue two Secret Service agents who arrested him after he touched former Vice President Dick Cheney on the arm in 2006 and told him his Iraq War policies were "disgusting," a federal appeals court ruled Monday.

Come on, they guy just told Cheney his policies were "Disgusting"? That's life threatening? The entire Democrat Party would be arrested by now! Seriously, he merely uttered an opinion. Cheney can't stand any opposition of any kind. He truly thinks he's God.

I saw my State Rep out and about 2 months ago. I walked up to him, chatted for bit about a bill that passed. Then we shook hands and I walked away.

If this guy merely tapped on the VPs shoulder to get his attention there is nothing wrong with that.
