Dangers of tattoo ink can run skin deep

I think we should tattoo homeless people because it could help their self esteem.

I have several tattoos and have never had a problem. My oldest tattoo is 20 years old and thew newest one is 10 years old. Go after the unlicensed cosmetologists that do permanent makeup, if that's where the complaints eminate from. Don't kid yourself, the inkers on Southbeach make serious money and they are artists who would NEVER use automobile paint!

Tattoos certainly are dangerous and significantly lesson the quality of life. As a man, it is a big turn off to see a pretty young girl's skin spoiled with a stupid tattoo on her lower back. Listen up girls: They are NOT sexy, NOT cute, and NOT attractive. And you will regret it later!

I say we should tattoo criminals with the word "CRIMINAL" across their foreheads, big and bold, so we know who to avoid and ostracize in society.

Wouldn't it be nice if everyone who committed a felony could be easily recognized when the courts let them out way too early to prey on the public again?

There are literally hundreds of thousands (maybe millions?) of hot girls out there who are now gross because they f**cked up their beautiful bodies and skin with these stupid, ugly, dime-a-dozen tattoos, thinking they were, what, beautifying themselves? Think again. The most beautiful girl is the girl who looks like HERSELF, not some sleazy tattoo slob's crappy "art."

Ever hear of "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder"? I know, you only believe blonde hair, blue eyes and a pure heritage are beautiful, right?

Tatoo colors are really blah. Why can't we get tatoos that are realy bright and colorful, maybe with metalic sparkles or day glo.

Beauty is certainly in the eye of the beholder. But I am condemning not only the tattoos, but also the sensibility that holds these ugly-@$$ tattoos to be "beautiful."

Tattos are for losers male or female.
There is nothing nice looking about them or a tongue piercing...What moron ever thought that one up?.

Opinions are like a@$ holes, everyones got one. And so what if you'd rather not have a tatoo or date someone with one there are plenty around that will. Interesting. Alot of men weighing in on tattoos whether they are sexy or not on the lower back. I have two. One from 20 years ago on my right cheek and one on my lower back from 3 years ago. My husband loves them both. I also would say no one knows they are there but my family because I do not walk around naked and in low cut clothing. I have no issues with tattoos. I strongly recommend to every person I know that wants one to remember if you are a woman that it looks tacky in a slinky halter dress to have tattoos exposed. Not nice for evening wear. Place them carefully. I also caution men to remember it looks tacky to have full sleeves and on your hands. Not so nice in the business world. But you men need to realize that woman do not exist for you. Most of us do not care if you do not like what we choose to do with our bodies. Why is it woman have to strive to look good for men but men can get let themselves go? Quite a bit sexist and backwards in your thinking.
