That's it, Ms.Cory????? There were no other details? Wow, since you and the rest of the FAA spokepersons are so trustworthy and of course never lie, I'm going to believe you completely. Actually it may have happened something like that but due to your track record I'm waiting for dawn even though you also stated the sun rises in the EAST!!!

Another reason they should not expand O'Hare and put flight caps in place.

Imagine this happening daily with all parallel runways. Thanks Mayor Daley!!!

Build the third airport. I Was at Ohare yesterday only to be delayed for landing and then delayed on the runway waiting for a gate.
There is no more room to expand the airspace or airport at Ohare. It just makes travel worse.
This rarely happens flying to other airports. Why deal with this aggravation?

Oh yeah? My little brother once shot down an airplane on which you were a passenger. All he had to do was make an explosion noise in the back of his throat. Surely you remember that?

Today, it seems every answer is just more technology, but more technology is not always the answer or progress.

Obviously the FAA considers this an ACCEPTABLE RISK.

Just as they consider hundreds killed when one of their one to many in the sky planes crashes killing all on board as an ACCEPTABLE LOSS

Boy life sure is cheap in the good ol' USA.

Just to let you know, the word PARALLEL is describing runways that DO NOT INTERSECT. Its gonna take some magic powers for that to happen when running straight PARALLELS.
