It should have been 5 years for all. But that would mean they were serious. This is pretty low on the need to get dome right now list I would think addressing all the out sourcing and rule breaking over the last few years. How about increasing inspectors and holding airline execs accountable for the crappy service and disaster of an industry. Not too long ago most all majors were in bankruptcy. It seems they never really fixed their problems, just paid themselves off for the brilliant out sourcing.
