Not sure how often these stories are updated for grammatical errors and typos but polluted is misspelled within the first thirty words of the article. Also, "He lives the site for the old Wrigley Charcoal plant"... this is not even a complete sentence... If someone had written this story for or about me and my family or my case that was being investigated, I think I'd want it to make sense when other readers read it.
