EPA chief won't explain climate choices

Environmental Protection Agency chief Stephen Johnson has declined to explain before Congress how a conclusion he made last year that global warming put the public in danger could lead to a decision not to regulate greenhouse gases.

For example, the fact that operating motor vehicles within the speed limit "could" lead to thousands of deaths, "could" lead to the decision not to ban the operation of motor vehicles. Additionally: http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/research/hadleyce... We might get warmer and wetter in England or warmer and drier. Precipitation is a bit of a wild card.
