EPA chief won't explain climate choices

Environmental Protection Agency chief Stephen Johnson has declined to explain before Congress how a conclusion he made last year that global warming put the public in danger could lead to a decision not to regulate greenhouse gases.

The key word in all of this folderol is "could". For example, the fact that operating motor vehicles within the speed limit "could" lead to thousands of deaths, "could" lead to the decision not to ban the operation of motor vehicles. Of course the "cause and effect" wording of the article is false as well.

how can anyone "CHOOSE" what climate they want? we in Britain would love a warmer drier climate, but how? Despite warnings of disasters like "Hot summers" , nothing much changes .

Change can be uncontrolled you know. We aren't choosing where we are going, we are wandering into something..

We might get warmer and wetter in England or warmer and drier. Precipitation is a bit of a wild card.
