That's GREAT! I'm glad they're sewing them. Maybe it will bring the state of the river some much needed state wide attention!

HAHA I meant "Suing". Can’t tell I have arts & crafts on the mind......

So now the state can take our waste water fees and actually use it to clean up the water, instead of what other scam they were going to use it for.
