Water well testing recommended for Crestwood area

Mayor Stranczek is it true that the people of Crestwood have been unknowingly drinking toxic contaminated well water laced with dangerous chemicals when they thought they were getting the pure lake water that they were paying for?

The people of Crestwood deserve the truth. The EPA deserves the truth. The health department deserves the truth.

Most importantly the children deserve the truth.

Are we or are we not drinking chemically contaminated well water Mayor Stranczek?

Chester if our children are being poisoned by toxic well water I hope they nail the scumbag responsible and put him or her away for a long time.

How will it feel to have to send out notices about the water problems AS PER FEDERAL LAW in SPANISH as well as english.

Who will be remembered as the politician who poisoned the children?

Time for the truth to be told.

Then they will drink a fresh glass of Crestwood Tap water. Still no proof!!!!

When will they tell us the truth? Are we drinking water from well number one or lake water?

Will they poison us and disrepect us as well?

If the water is so contaminated, then why are there so many people still living in Crestwood? Why have they not put there houses on the market yet to get the hell out of town???? Why are there so many people ALIVE in Crestwood???? I don't see people kicking the bucket like flies because supposedly of the contaminated water. I have tons of senior citizens living around me and none of them have health problems.

My god, if you are so deathly afraid that you are drinking contaminated water, THEN GET YOUR WATER CHECKED. If and when you get those results back, THEN STAND UP TO THE VILLAGE OF CRESTWOOD BOARD AND CONFRONT THEM. Just shooting your mouth off here is not going to solve the issue if the water is contaminated.

You should demand a meeting. I can not believe in 2008 this is happening, why are the citizens silent? I see nothing in the media about this. You guys should organize and demand answers at your next city council meeting.

The media is working on it. was told that the mayor is not taking or returning calls and the village will not speak to the reporter.

It probably only makes the reporter more angry and makes the mayor and the city look guilty.

A concerned parent should just have to ask and get the answers, not wait forever while the mayor and his people come up with some strategy to deal with the outrage this will provoke.

It would have been much easier and more honorable to address the citizens without them having to fight you from the get go.

It appears to me no one has officially questioned city hall or organized and attended councile meetings. I am baffled, if it is this bad the people should stand up but apparently everyone is waitng around for someone else to take action.

What makes it 'official' sending a certified letter? People have called... no answers... the newspapers have called... no answers... no callbacks. Complaints have been filed. You can bet we will be at the next meeting and we will be demanding answers. It shouldn't be this hard to get the truth. It's not acceptable.

That is what I am looking for. When is the next meeting and what time do you want residents there? I will pass the word.

Look back and think how many of your neighbors, friends and family have had cancer. How many miscarriages. Kidney problems. Liver problems.

What is surprising about a woman making it her lifes mission to eradicate the poisons and toxins from the lives of her children who might have been so terribly damaged by them?

Mayor Stranczeks supporters tactics are what surprises me. How can we get away with poisoning children? The truth about your evil deed is coming to the surface. The truth about what you've done to the children will be coming out.

You will pay for what you've done by poisoning innocent children with toxic water.

Are you trying to villify the woman? It's not enough for you what Chesters money saving plan may have done to her children? You are a special kind of sick.

I'm sure the woman is horrified at the thought of being exposed to these substances. Wouldn't anyone be if they experienced looking at their child... sick and in a cancerous condition? You have no empathy whatsoever. You're just the kind of person who could poison a child and then flee from taking any responsibility.

As long as people like you are in control in Crestwood no one is safe. Because the truth doesn't matter to you. People don't matter. Only their votes.
