who is responsible for the pollution on an otherwise deserted island? who used this as a private dumping ground? was there anything ever located there except a fire dept training outpost??

prosecute to the full extent of the law.

Yes, it has been a very popular fishing area since I was a kid 38 years ago. They could not determine who the drums belonged to. That deserted island is going to be developed into a marina/restaraunt/boat launch. ITS ABOUT TIME!
