While $50,000 is a drop in the bucket to a large company like Macy's, how long will it be before the EPA starts checking my trash! This practice is a little frightening and totally un-american. Plus why pay a fine for 1st violation anyway. What kind of shakedown by the government is this?? Typical liberalism.
