China is changing, the West has not changed.

The West isn't changing?? LOL Do you want people to respect you as a knowledgeable person or you would rather people think of you as a peasant?

The West is always changing. It is a dynamic society where individuals freedom and liberty are protected. Because of the freedom, people are free to experiment, innovate and to create! Thus, those things I just mentioned are the ingredients for change. China is a follower, not an innovator or a creator. Everything that China is today is the result of Chinese copying of the West and other modern Asian countries.

China did not create the Internet which connected you to me on this forum. The hardware and software are the products of Western know how, technology and innovation. Without this Western innovation and creativitiy, China would not have this window to the world. It is so simple that you cannot see that? LOL

The new technology and commerce are not defined and innovated in China. Microsoft, Apple, Google, Yahoo, Cisco, Oracle etc. Those companies did not exist 30 or 40 years ago but not they dominate the new industry of Information Technology in the Digital Age!!! Do you know why? Because of entrepreneurship and economic freedom. Additionally, the rule of law and the protection of property rights whether it is physical property or intellectual property gave the impetus for progress. The West and other free societies will always be one step ahead of a structured, totalitarian society of limited freedom like China. Sorry to burst your bubble but that is just the way it is!
