A neighbor hood patrol watch looking out the drug induced theives would be a great start. Elderly home care would be great. Spouse abust. Food for the needy. Humane Society. Take your pick.

He has revamped the Western end of Giles county and is one of, if not the best board members we have ever had. If more people cared for the community as much as he does we would be in great shape.

THere has to be a reason, RC is doing this, maybeeeee its #####, But spencer don't have anyone to clean up the messes he makes anymore so who is he going to blame when this goes wrong.
