Voith keeps 40 jobs thanks to grants

Where are Harley's grants.

What someone needs to do, is look further into the company. Garner & Daley are the worst leaders ever. How is it, the company has its highest booking years (the last two) and yet, they are saving 40 jobs with grants? Why doesn't some entity connect the dots? Customers, government, someone needs to really look into the situation with Voith. Something stinks. I work here and can tell it stinks. The word is, they are faking profits by being sneaky with the financials. Accellerating sales to artificially inflate the current years performance. With doing so, they have created a financial mess. The Department of Energy should look into it. And Closely.

Like many of these big companies calling foul and receiving government money and still leaving their emploees in the lurch.

Exactly. That is what's going on with Voith here in York, PA. When you artificially inflate your profit statement, so you, the President and Vice President can collect your annual bonus, that is illegal. That is also self serving. The executive team here only cares about one thing and one thing only. The bonuses they receive for 'doing a good job'. Well, look around. There not doing a good job. Many projects are losing money and EVERYONE knows it. That is what makes this so funny. Earnst and Young are here performing financial audits. Do you think they will actually uncover anything. No. Voith is very skilled at hiding information or making things so confusing, you can't follow it. That is what is happening there. From my point of view, and others here, there needs to be a change of the guard so to speak and replace the executive leadership here. There are many, many problems that need investigated and uncovered. This is corporate greed at its finest.
