Nope, that sounds like greedy little fingers wanting to give my hard work to wall street investers to steal once again. - You see the facts are, the republicans surely only represent the very wealthy and greedy of our society, thats the facts. Yet you provide no proof or evidence, only opinion labeled as fact. You choose, Liberty or Secular Socialism. How does wasting taxpayer monies on more government programs help the American working family? On health care: "Republicans support the private practice of medicine and oppose socialized medicine in the form of a government-run universal health care system. Republicans pledge that as we reform our health care system: - We will protect citizens against any and all risky restructuring efforts that would complicate or ration health care. - We will encourage health promotion and disease prevention. - We will facilitate cooperation, not confrontation, among patients, providers, payers, and all stakeholders in the health care system. - We will not put government between patients and their health care providers. - We will not put the system on a path that empowers Washington bureaucrats at the expense of patients."

Here are the facts' In the six months before I took office, we lost nearly 4 million jobs. And we lost another 4 million before our policies were in full effect. Those are the facts. But so are these. In the last 22 months, businesses have created more than 3 million jobs. Last year, they created the most jobs since 2005. American manufacturers are hiring again, creating jobs for the first time since the late 1990s. Together, we’ve agreed to cut the deficit by more than $2 trillion. And we’ve put in place new rules to hold Wall Street accountable, so a crisis like this never happens again. The state of our union is getting stronger, and we’ve come too far to turn back now. As long as I’m president, I will work with anyone in this chamber to build on this momentum. But I intend to fight obstruction with action, and I will oppose any effort to return to the very same policies that brought on this economic crisis in the first place. - Facts ---------- Barack Obama Created More Jobs in 2010 Than Bush Did in His Entire Presidency Bill Clinton Raised Taxes on the Rich and Created 23 Million Jobs George W. Bush Cut the Tax Rate for the Rich and Created Only 3 Million Jobs Jimmy Carter Created 7.5 Million More Jobs Than George W. Bush Bill Clinton Created 7.1 Million More Jobs Than Ronald Reagan Tax cuts for the Rich Do Not Create Jobs Spending Cuts Do Not Create Jobs Consumer Demand Creates Jobs The Federal Government Does Create Jobs, Over 2 Million to Be Exact Government Does Create Private Sector Jobs More Private Sector Jobs Were Created Than Government Jobs So Far in 2011 The Financial Crisis Started in 2008 Under Bush, Not Obama The Recession Started in 2007 Under Bush, Not Obama Obama Did Not Make the Recession Worse, it Ended in 2009 Republicans Support the Outsourcing of American Jobs Republicans Voted to Repeal the Minimum Wage Many Republicans Support Repealing Child Labor Laws Many Corporations Lay Off Thousands of Employees in Times of Record Profits The House GOP has Created 0 Jobs and Voted to Kill Over 1.9 Million Jobs Since Winning Control of the House in 2010 on the Promise of Job Creation The Average Income Growth Rate is Much Higher Under Democrats Than Republicans Over the Past 60 Years, Democratic Presidents Have Created More Jobs Than Republican Presidents . Obama, one of the best president in American history. -Exactly how stupid are you people who bash president Obama, We have here a president that inherited two wars, and major economic crisis. ------ He has brought this nation a long way in a very short time. - The facts dont lie. Obama 2012 . The ststement that ;FACTS" and nothing confuses the conservatives more than the facts. must have some merit

First, America has been socialist since the founding. Government officials chose more of those three pillars of the American Government than voters did. That is government of the government isn't it? And we don't even have to get to Fire and Police Departments or the education system which are all socialist. Second, Nice to hear the Republican Party is adamant about getting rid of the VA Healthcare System - The third largest totally socialist system in the world. But if you wanted honesty, the Democrat proposal is about insurance, not the healthcare system. Germany, France and Japan all have more free-market, capitalist, for profit healthcare providers as a percentage of their total system than the US did in 2007. And that is what you want to stick with? REALLY? And each of those countries pay a lot less per person than the US does.

That is two examples to your one denial. This is a capitalist country, not a socialist one. Even the Socialist Labor Party doesn't call our nation socialist despite government ownership of some hospitals, libraries, transportation systems, utilities, public schools, and state college and university systems. "Socialism is the revenge of the incompetent. It is the vain hope that, "because I am incompetent to make it in the market, I can use political power to coerce from the productive an income for myself." The socialist then adds a fake veneer of altruism to that little plan by saying, "and we'll take care of The Poor," or The Environment, or whatever the self-aggrandizing ruse happens to be today. Our satisfied leftist then goes and gets a safe government job enforcing just that."

That is why we use it for some things and not others. Fire Departments are a good example. When people live in close together then you want the fire put out at your neighbors whether or not he is current on his taxes. The same goes for Police Forces and other LE agencies as well as education. Tell you what though, why don't you explain the difference between us and France or Germany or even Italy when it comes to socialism? Those countries are branded by the right as socialist, you should have no problem doing it.
