Some said earlier that people who support Hillary on the primaries are actually those who are going to vote for McCain in November. Now it is getting clear, you were just supporting Hillary knowing that it would be easy for your McCain to beat her in November.
That was the original idea, yes.
It now appears that Hillary cannot win the nomination but that's not stopping her....She will have enough delegates to carry her to the Convention and to create a division within the party. That's exactly what the Republicans want.
It will again confirm that the Democrats are still divided among themselves until our country will understand the fact that the Dems. are not fit to lead the country.
Also,The Dems. and the left wing news media are very worried that McCain will be the next president. That's why they have started early to trash and denigrate McCain.
The fact that Obama has won Southern States in the Dem. primary is totally meaningless.
When it's all said and done, The South will vote Republican.
No one can win without the South.
The only pause we have about McCain is who he will choose for his VP. He will deliver.
and win.

Rev. White,

Is this what you bigots are discussing in your bible studies. This is hilarious. It pretty much precludes any minorities from ever running for public office. Apparently Thomas Friedman, the Kennedys and masses of others aren't as enlightened as you and are following Barack the AntiChrist to the end of the world as we know it. Let me guess, you have canned foods stored in the trunk of your car.

I suggest you save your posting opinions for the McCain blogs.

Dear Jeff, I understand your sentiment, but I'm voting for Barack (the AntiChrist) first and if he doesn't win, it's 100% for Hillary. It's time to kick those Republicans' butts out of office. Yes we can...

Is it OBAMA??
I refuse to take a chance on this unknown candidate who came out of nowhere.

I guess John Kerry is black. That explains why he got 89% of the black vote in 2004. Blacks always have voted around 90% for the Democrat, black or white.

It's amazing that many liberals and especially the media cry 'equal chances for everyone', then report that Clinton got 6 of 10 white votes and Obama 9 of 10 black votes. It certainly appears that it will be an issue whether we like it or not. The media will point it out, and (at least by appearances) the black vote will blindly follow Obama.

Wow, the hatred, the vitriol. Let me clarify since you did not get the point. I did not say that ANY minority cannot be president OR run for office. I simply stated the coincidental origins of what is stated as the antichrist and Obama. You must admit, he has come from nowhere. As previously blogged, he hasn't even finished one term as a senator.
The remark was intended to indicate my distrust of him. But you jumped on me as if I was a white Republican (which I am not). I will not be on McCain blogs since I am a Democratic supporter. Thanks for basically labeling me as a white racist. People like you are the reason that Democrats cannot work together.

On May 1 Howard Dean was a guest on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and stated, much to my surprise, that Florida and Michigan votes WOULD be counted.
Stewart was trying to get an explaination from Dean to why the Dems election process was so difficult. Given that is is no rational reason for it, I must say Dean really hung in there even though Stewart really crushed him (2 TYPES of super delegates? Vanilla and strawberry?).
Here's the clip:

So, Governor Christ, if you can pry your head out of McCains behind long enough to look into this, as a VOTER, I'd be grateful.

Vote for Barack. No more excuses.
No more talk of unearned privileges. Race becomes irrelevant. No more minority status.

I thought the Dems were foolish to put her up as a candidate. If she is the nominee, I think we'll see quite a few middle-of-the-road Dems voting for McCain because of the ABC factor (Anyone But Clinton.) I will admit I'm not too crazy about Obama either, but I'd vote for the reanimated corpse of Ronald Reagan before I'd vote for Hilary.
Anyway its not late to reverse things. You can still deny Clinton the post. It is true that Obama could not satisfy all of the qualities that you may need, but in the end you cannot go without a president, someone as to be chosen and Obama is the best choice possible. Give him a chance. The era of Bush-Clinton must be history.

Oh please, have you ever called any white Presidential candidate the AntiChrist? Remember when Clinton ran as an unknown or how about John Edwards? He had served a nano-minute in Congress and decided to throw in his hat. Just because you don't use the N word doesn't mean you aren't prejudice.

To the other blogger, if Barack & wife were white haters, don't you think the press would've dug up more by now other than Rev. Wright.

Why is it that we, the white Americans are spinning these stories about Barack - he's antiChrist and he hates white people.

I'm ashamed of my own white race, those who can't seem to get past the color factor.

You can vote for whoever you want, but please base your opinion on their positions and not your unfounded fear.

If McCain or even Hillary had a "Rev White", they would have been forced to drop from the race by now.

Race IS a factor. The press is giving him a free pass. Anything said critical is automatically "racial".

I'm a Dem.

Facing a choice between a pathological Liar and a Liberal Hussein, I will vote for neither.

Thinking of the old Dem Party... before we got hijacked by the likes of Clinton, Kennedy, howie Deans...

Now the Dem Party is inventing schemes like "SuperDelegates" to make this country less and less democratic.

How about just get back to the old US Constitution ????

in which, party "officials, and superdelegates are never mentioned. It was never in the minds of the Fathers of this Country.

We're inventing ways to become more totalitorian... than democracy.

Then we spilled our blood to "spread democracy" when we couldn't even keep it pure at home.

Not unless the dem get somebody who isn't the most liberal senator to run. How about we let Obama finish one term of something before talking about how great he is going to be...he's a true politician, no matter how you try to spin it. Florida and Michigan don't count...unless he needed them. My guess is that he knew he was going to lose Michigan, so he pulled his name off the ballot. He probably thought Florida would be closer, which could explain why he kept his name on that state. I hope the Democrats lose both FL and MI for this fiasco. The new party slogan:
"Every vote counts, as long as it's for me."
Michigan and Florida don't matter anymore. Even if we count them, she is still losing big. She only got 55% of the vote in Michigan without any competiton (the Obama supporters who voted marked uncommitted) and 50% in Florida where Obama did not campaign (remember Hillary supporters are older voters who will go to the polls even if it does not count while Obama draws a lot of professionsals and youth that are not as likely to cast an uncounted ballot). The point is she would only net about 50 more delegates than Obama if both states counted and he has a lead of almost 150. She is still losing and would need to win all of the remaining contests by good margins. So while it is silly to count votes from a pretend election, it dioes not matter. The issue is just being trumpeted by the Clinton spin machine to confuse voters that don't understand the math and the delegate system.
