Fully outside the mother's womb with heart beating and lungs heaving...these babies were allowed to die. Many cases of babies were found in the Chicago area hospitals on shelves and in dirty laundry baskets. Jill Stenek who was a nurse at Crist Hospital in Oak Lawn, Il testified in the U.S. congress in 2000 & 2001 how induced labor abortion were handled at her hospital. In 2001 Illinois State Senator Patrick O'Mallery introduced three bills to help such babies. Stenek testified about these bills in the Illinois Senate Judiciary committee where Obama served. She had said the OBAMA was "UNFAZED" by her story of holding the baby who survived an induced labor abortion. Holding and Rocking the baby until it died...because they could not give medical attention to this child because of the bill not being signed. On the Illinois Senate floor, Obama was the ONLY senator to speak against the Baby Protecting Bill. He voted 3 times against it.

Are you aware of "partial birth abortion"? This is the most dispicable of acts. This is when the baby (up to 9 months) is partially born (the crest of the scalp is exposed),a scissors is then inserted into the scalp, enough to put the tube into the brain and suck out all matter until dead. This is another bill that Obama supported. This man cannot become our President!

IF I WERE PRESIDENT, I WOULD MAKE IT A LAW THAT AFTER A COUPLE THE FIRST TIME WENT TO PUBLIC AID, OR WELFARE TO RECEIVE BENEFITS, I WOULD GIVE THEM THE MONEY ONLY AFTER BURNING HER TUBES, AND SNIPPING THE MAN. And you still don't see it. This is what makes Democrats so useful to Obama- you actually believe that garbage Obama spews. This is classic Obama- "I voted for it but I wanted to change.....strip out...remove..." something. It's the same crap over and over and over. He voted for FISA but wanted to strip out telecom immunity (which he knew was impossible). He voted for the Cheney energy bill but wanted to remove tax breaks for oil companies (again, impossible after the fact). Obama never issued a position on the Kyl-Lieberman resolution but as soon as HIllary Clinton announced her support for it, he slammed her. This is not different from Obama voting "present" 129 in the IL state Senate. Come on, people. Obama is a charlatan. He is an unaccomplished, two-faced liar. Please catch on. Please.

The Illinios law Obama voted down was a purely symbolic law which contained language that threatened the right to abortion. When a similar bill came up in the Senate without the offensive language, Obama voted in support. All these wingnuts bloviating about "the rights of the unborn" don't give a flyin' flip whether the child, once born, gets adequate food, shelter, medical care or education. All of them are too dumb to realize that the GOP never had any intention of getting abortion banned. How would the GOP get them to the polls without the issue of abortion? Another thing they cannot understand is that most partial birth abortions are performed because the fetus suffers from a disease called hydrocephalus, which is a condition where the fetus has a huge fluid sac in place of a brain. The child is going to die anyway, and possible injure the mother, causing lifelong incontinence and sterility. Ok, accusing Obama of shooting down bills because the provisions he wanted to see added didn't get added is crap. He didn't vote for the bill because he, as an ELECTED official, did not feel that the bill would be good law. Hate to break it to all you Obama-bashers, but that's textbook politiking, and if you don't like it, then you sure as hell shouldn't look at the voting records of any of your "hometown heroes." But i'm sure that while you bash Obama-supporters, you're following your neocon shephards right into the lion's den; supporting their actions, because you believe what they do to be just and American. Banning safe, legal abortion will only cause sickness and death. no one is going to ban abortion, but to have an abortion at 9 months is just wrong, if you can't figure it out before the first trimester, then forget it. Coat hanger abortion are long gone, only the baby boomers use that analogy. And the young woman that are getting their abortions paid for need to quit using mental stress as a defense.

Obama is a baby killer. I do not believe Obama when he said he would have voted for the Federal Legislation and I will tell you why. The Federal Legislation passed uanimiously in the senate. Some may recall that the Bill passed by Congress in the Schiavo case of 2005 was passed uanimously as well. Although, many senators have no admitted that they should not have passed the bill, Obama is the only senator who gone on the record to voice is so blatantly. In fact, Obama's biggest regret was not stopping the Schiavo bill in the senate from being passed.
