This sounds great and very humane. But, where is Ted going to get the money to pay for this when the state budget, to the best of my knowledge, is shrinking? I don't know but maybe you guys can tell me where the $$$ are going to come from. Maybe the sewers in Ohio?

TeDDy boy closeD the State mental hospitals, raideD the tobbacco trust funD, trieD to raid the turnpike trust funD, made up the kinO trust funD and has plenty of space in this State Owned SUV for more Ca$h.

the skools will be required to give kiDs 7 Days of paiD sick leave each skool year to help pay for their insurance coverage. Plus, if the state runs out of ca$h, mayor Dp will give gov. sicklanD a payDay loan for insurance from the sewer funD. if Dat runs out, then obama ca$sh is on Da way.

As is stated above... who's paying for it? Find a way to get schools funded before moving to another impossible project.
