Early morning Pasadena police raids net suspected gang members, guns

They should have used their new tank to bust down the doors. That would have made a lasting impression on their mamas.

I saw this while on my way to work this morning.
I drove down Washington Blvd and there must have been 20 Sheriffs cars on the street. I actually saw them in their cars pulling up to one of the gang houses.

I'm all for it. Get this gang vermin off the streets so that decent people don't have to live in fear.

They should also do a gang sweep trhoughout the SGV starting with Asuza and El monte.

Sounds like a great idea, except that people will expect police to arrange home security and protection for those two cities. After all, gang sweeps through Azusa and El Monte will result in massive depopulation of those areas. Follow it up with an illegal alien sweep, and you'll find many areas reduced to ghost towns.
