Maybe its about time we become the first state/territory in the U.S to band the sale of cigarettes….If not raise a 200% tax hike on it…..let's do it American Samoa….I hear cigarettes in California and Hawaii is somewhere around $9 to $10.00. We should make ours $12…lol

It was just last couple of weeks ago that the U.S Government signed and agreement with the Samoa Government (West) to help patrol its waters for any maritime violations. So it is a positive move forward regarding any smuggling issues in the South Pacific.

I cant believe the cost of cigarettes, water, sodas and other products in the U.S. American Samoa grocery goods are cheaper. The only thing that are cheap in the U.S are electronic devices and of course gas.
