In most cases STDs are caused from unprotected sex and tax payers pick up the tab for curing the disease, and sooner or later they'll also be paying for an illegitimate kid. In the US we have more than our share illiterate skanks too. 72% of black babies born in the US are to single mothers,over 50% of black women ages 15 -20 years old have at least one illegitimate pregnancy, and 24 % of white berths are to single mothers, Hispanic illegitimate birth rate is about the same as blacks. Overall in the US 40 % of child births are to singe mothers. Guess who picks up the cost for this BS.

Very often recipients are forced to make the decision to dump the job and stay on welfare, because they have no other viable alternative, for getting out. In effect, they are being PUNISHED by the system for going out and even trying to get a job, and get off the system, acts like it is offended because it might be forced to down size because of them, or something.... Well argued complex issue. I fear it would take an Army general and **marshal-law** to re-introduce those willing back into the market economy.
