I think they should be shown some pictures of what the disease does to your privates..wouldn't that be a deterrant? Sex education is the answer.If the parents aren't going to do it because they think their "LITTLE SUSIE" isn't having sex, then the schools need to offer it..

This Headline is very misleading since not all teenage girls are sexually active. Also note that the rate was much higher in black teenage girls.

I guess they didn't want to say 1 in 4 promiscuous girls are infected with an STD but it would be more accurate.

Nope, just genital warts. Then they pass it on to girls who in turn get genital warts that cause cervical cancer.

They tested for STD's in general, not just ones that cause cervical cancer.

Yes as usual the focus is the girl.In fact society hasnt changed at all.Men stick their dirty johnsons everywhere and its praised.The girl shouldnt allow it, the guy is a saint. The bible never said its ok for a man to commit fornication but not a woman but thats how people see it.
