Remember how Ayers and Obama attempted to downplay their association and how the media swept the fact that a man running for president had associations with terrorists, racists and convicts? Remember how the media attacked Sarah Palin when she said Obama “palls around with terrorists?” Well, Ayers is admits, on tape, that he held a fundraiser at his home for Barack Hussein Obama.

Maybe the media should have vetted the radical-in-chief instead of vetting Sarah Palin’s e-mails and kids.

Troopergate was found to be a smear campaign set up one day before the 2008 election, which went unreported by the lamestream media.

Washington, DC – FBI Agent Larry Grathwohl stated that Weather Underground terrorist and violent criminal Bill Ayers was planning on murdering 25 million American citizens, with the help of his cohorts.

In the 1982 documentary No Place To Hide, the law enforcement official detailed how he spent numerous time undercover in the dangerous communist group, acting as a “courier” between the leadership and the footsoldiers.

Agent Grathwohl documented how the psychotic communist Bill Ayers was ready and willing to murder 25 million American citizens in order to overthrow the constitutional republic of the United States and institute a communist dictatorship.

Grathwohl also stated that Ayers’ wife Bernadine Dohrn, Mark Rudd, Linda Evans, Jeff Jones, and many others were also ready and willing to kill innocent American citizens in order to become leaders of the new communist dictatorship.

The FBI agent’s testimony underscores the psychotic communist foundation of the Weather Underground and calls into serious question the character of Barack Obama, whose political career was kickstarted in Bill Ayers’ house.

It has been discovered that Ginger White attempted to contact Cain 70 times by text in the month of November, while Cain responded only 17 times - asking what she was doing to find herself a job. It is not a coincident that she attempted to frame Cain in November, probably paid by Axelrod, by soliciting Cain by text for contact. Ginger White had just been found guilty in court as recentlys as the first week of November of libel and spreading lies about her business partner. She had been a business partner with friend for 13 years. Sound coincidently. This White accuser is using details of her relationship with the business partner to describe her false sex relationship with Cain.

Congress may remove from office "all civil officers of the United States" if they are convicted of "treason, bribery or other high crimes and misdemeanors," the Constitution says (Article II, Section 4).

Only the House of Representatives can impeach, which is comparable to indictment. The official is then tried by the Senate, where a two-thirds vote is required for conviction.

The Constitution doesn't say what constitutes "high crimes and misdemeanors," but perjury surely is among them. So is obstruction of justice.

Mr. Holder told the House Judiciary Committee on May 3 that he had "probably" heard about the Gunwalker scandal "for the first time over the last few weeks."

On Monday, Sharyl Attkisson reported on CBS that "new documents obtained by CBS News show [Mr. Holder] was sent briefings on [Gunwalker] as far back as July 2010. That directly contradicts his statement to Congress."

Gunwalker involved the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives permitting more than 2,000 guns to "walk" across the border to Mexican drug cartels in a misbegotten effort to figure out where the cartels were getting weapons.

"Allowing loads of weapons that we knew to be destined for criminals, this was the plan," ATF Agent John Dodson testified June 15. "It was so mandated."

Among the guns were 34 .50-caliber sniper rifles, "approximately the number of sniper rifles a Marine infantry regiment takes into battle," noted ATF Agent Carlos Canino.

More than 200 of their citizens have been killed by Gunwalker guns, according to the Mexican attorney general. They've been found at 11 crime scenes in the United States.

Background checks were bypassed so "straw buyers" could purchase guns for the cartels. And in a June 1, 2010 letter, an ATF supervisor ordered a gun shop owner to sell four guns directly to an ATF agent, who resold them to known illegal buyers.

The documents which contradicted Mr. Holder's testimony were part of the Justice Department's response Sept. 30 to Congress' request for documents. Among them was an email from William Newell, the ATF agent in charge of the Phoenix office, to a White House aide.

Mr. Newell's email contained an arrow chart of where Gunwalker guns ended up. It contradicts his testimony to the House Oversight Committee in July that he hadn't discussed specifics of the case with the White House aide. His testimony "lacked clarity" and wasn't complete, Mr. Newell has admitted.

ATF whistleblowers have been fired or transferred to dead end jobs. Agent Newell was promoted.

There is so much damaging information in the documents included in the Friday night data dump that one wonders what could be in documents still being withheld. The chairman of the House Oversight Committee expressed frustration with the administration's sluggish responses to subpoenas.

"There is an ongoing coverup of a pattern of wrongdoing," Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif, said in a conference call with journalists Sept. 20. The inspector general of the Justice Department has undermined and obstructed the congressional investigation, Mr. Issa charged the next day.

The arrow chart "is damning evidence of a massive coverup," asserts Investor's Business Daily. "The trail of spent bullets leads all the way to the White House."

Nearly three years into President Obama’s first term in office, Michelle Obama finally said something with which I can agree.

At a recent fundraiser for President Obama’s re-election campaign in Providence, Rhode Island, the first lady told her audience:

“We stand at a fundamental crossroads for our country. You’re here because you know that in just 13 months, we’re going to make a choice that will impact our lives for decades to come … let’s not forget what it meant when my husband appointed those two brilliant Supreme Court justices … let’s not forget the impact that their decisions will have on our lives for decades to come.”

This was music to the ears of the small, affluent crowd of admirers who cheered and applauded. But to gun owners, Michelle Obama’s remarks should sound like a warning bell, alerting us to the danger ahead should Barack Obama win re-election and get the opportunity to alter the current make-up of the Supreme Court.

When Americans flock to the polls in 13 months, we will not simply decide which direction our country should take over the next four years. Rather, we will decide whether or not our fundamental, individual right to keep and bear arms will survive over the next several decades.

Currently, the Second Amendment clings to a 5-4 pro-freedom majority on the Supreme Court. Just one vote is all that stands between the America our Founding Fathers established and a radically different America that Barack Obama and his supporters envision.

If you want to read something scary, take another look at the minority opinions in the Supreme Court’s landmark Heller and McDonald decisions that struck down Washington, D.C.’s and Chicago’s unconstitutional gun bans. In the Heller dissent, four justices concluded that the Second Amendment does not guarantee an individual right to own a firearm, nor does it protect our right to defend ourselves, our families, or our property. In McDonald, the same four justices argued that the 5-4 Heller decision should be reversed.

If these four justices had just one more vote on their side, their opinion — that the Second Amendment should not exist in today’s modern society — would be the law of the land today. And assuredly, the anti-gun activist wing of the court knows how close they are to gaining the upper hand. As Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg told a Harvard Club audience in 2009, she looks forward to the day when a “future, wiser court” overturns 5-4 decisions like Heller.

Praying for the health of five justices is not a sound legal strategy for ensuring that our Second Amendment freedoms survive the relentless legal assault that gun-ban groups are waging in courtrooms across America. We need a president who will nominate sound, originalist nominees to the high court — nominees who will preserve the freedoms our Founding Fathers enshrined in our Constitution.

If President Obama gets the opportunity to tilt the balance of the Supreme Court in his favor, we’re unlikely to see another pro-gun victory at the Court in our lifetime. Even worse, the 5-4 majorities in Heller and McDonald will be in serious jeopardy of being reversed, effectively eliminating the Second Amendment.

NRA members, gun owners and all freedom-loving Americans should heed Michelle Obama’s warning. We must spend the next 13 months working to make sure her husband doesn’t get four more years to destroy American freedom for generations to come.

Senate Bill SB-2099 will require us to put on our 2009 1040 federal tax form all guns that you have or own. It will require fingerprints and a tax of $50 per gun.

This bill was introduced on February 24, 2009, by the Obama staff. BUT, this bill will only become public knowledge 30 days after the new law becomes effective! This is an amendment to the Internal Revenue Act of 1986.

This means that the Finance Committee has passed this without the Senate voting on it at all. Trust Obama? You must be kidding!

Each update change or ownership through private or public sale must be reported and costs $25. Failure to do so you automatically lose the right to own a firearm and are subject up to a year in jail.

They would have the right to come and inspect that you are storing your gun safely away from accessibility to children and fine is punishable for up to 5 years in prison. Please Pass the word along. Any hunters in your family pass this along.
