Democrats won't admit why they REALLY oppose the US being in Iraq. Deep down inside Democrats know that nation building in Iraq won't work because Islam is a barbaric religion. But you will never get a Democrat to admit that because that would in effect put Christianity higher on a pedestal.

So Democrats claim that they care about American soldiers, Iraqi deaths, or lost foreign terrorist civil liberties, or abu ghraib, all minor issues in a bigger picture.

This makes one wonder what ever happened the the money dispersed to jurisdictions through the $1.7 billion Homeland Security Grant Program.

The money does not go into the police departments bank account since it does not have one. It goes into the city, county or state coffers.

How much money was dispersed for law enforcement, which jurisdictions got it, where is the money or what was the money used for?
