There are hispanics that have their lineage straight from Europe. Others are mixed and others have mostly African ancestry. FYI, all hispanics are not from Mexico.

Being hispanic is not a race. The term refers to the culture and people of Spain and the Spanish speaking countries of the Latin Americas and ancestors of the Portuguese. The US Govt defined the term "Hispanic" to identify Latin American individuals living in the U.S. regardless of race. So as an Hispanic you can be of European ancestry, Amerindian ancestry or African ancestry and even Asian ancestry. You can also be a mix of some or all of the above. Hispanics also pratice different faiths as well. There are Hispanic Catholics, Protestants, Jews and Muslims. So this is to clarify what you said. Yes you can be White and Hispanic. The U.S. census includes White Hispanics in their count for the total White population. So if 82.7% is the total White population in this country, Hispanic Whites are included in those figures.

I think the "minorities" need to think long and hard about this, because if they become the so-called majority then they would have to get jobs, no more freebies or handouts.
Of course, that's good for us white people, then the black man will be working for us... JUST LIKE THE GOOD OL DAYS!!

Yes, I am a Black female, who as a doctoral student also works as a substitute teacher. I am so saddened by seeing the Mexican American/Mexican high-school students who already are off to a good start on populating the world. They aren't graduating, but populating!! I encourage abortion when they ask my opinion. The U.S. needs to start limiting the children born to individuals.

It's also a misconception about white women not getting pregnant. Poor whites still are the majority of those on welfare, aren't they? I haven't seen the numbers in the past decade.

Can you name the federal statute that provides the authorization to the federal government to give money in assistance of illegal immigrants? Can you cite a state statute that does the same?

I'm not trying to dog you, but I don't know how foreigners can get "free" aid, when as an unemployed citizen, I cannot.

They probably are in total number,but I don't think so on a per capita basis.
